If you need to return a product, please read below for instruction, as by purchasing products from our website, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions, and the returns policy.

If you want to return a product, there is NO need to email or contact GKC Canada Sports, please just follow instruction below.

IMPORTANT: Whatever the reason for the return, please add a covering letter briefly explaining why you are returning the product, your order number and FULL contact details. By doing this will help the GKG team deal with your request as fast as possible.

ALSO, we strongly advise to send any product back via recorded delivery (So a GKG staff member has to sign so there is proof of delivery).

Unfortunately, items do go missing in the post and if we do not receive a product GKG cannot be held responsible.

Products must be returned within thirty (30) days of any purchase and must be in the same packaging with no damage to the product and or packaging, as our terms and conditions state. GKC Canada also reserves the right to refuse to deal with any product(s) that are dirty, so please clean any product before returning to avoid any delays.

Once receiving a returned item a member of our staff will check the product and get back to you accordingly. This can take up to five (3) days of receiving, (weekends do not count re the 3 days), however we always endeavour to deal with returns same day.

Emailing In Product Images: GKC Canada will not refund or replace any product on images emailed in. For a refund or replacement to be considered, the products must be returned to the GKC Canada warehouse (s) below.

Also, before you return any product(s) please make sure you read our terms and conditions, especially around the return of personalized product(s) and goalkeeper glove palms, as in some cases refunds or exchanges cannot be given, so please check our terms and conditions before you return any product(s).
